Diginoor is looking to bring NFTs to the mainstream Indian market and has partnered with some of the biggest media names to do so. They’ve already partnered with well-known media houses including AVM Productions and Reliance Entertainment with other major studios ready to be announced.
They’ve recently secured $1M in their seed funding round which saw Polygon studios along with Contrary capital, Abdul Wahab Al-Halabi, and Kunal Shah participate. These funds are planned to be used to get Diginoor started with selling Bollywood NFTs on their marketplace.
Other NFTs are planned to make their appearance in their marketplace including music and celebrity drops. Owners of these NFTs can use them to access exclusive collectible content.
Previously, Diginoor launched NFTs for the popular Rajinikanth film — “Sivaji The Boss” which saw a 60% increase in sales.
